Every session is tailored to you.
We begin with a conversation about your health, your history, and what’s brought you here at this point in time. From there, I use the diagnostic tools of Chinese Medicine, including pulse and tongue, to understand what’s happening through the lens of the five elements, the movement and expression of yin and yang, jing, and qi in your body.
Treatment may include acupuncture, herbal medicine, meridian massage, moxa, and guidance around diet and lifestyle, depending on what’s needed.
A central part of this work is supporting the nervous system to settle. Many of the conditions I see are shaped by stress or depletion, and the body often needs space to shift out of that state. These sessions intentionally allow time for the body to soften, regulate, and receive the treatment.
Rather than following fixed protocols, I work with your constitution and how your body is expressing itself, allowing treatment to respond and adapt as things shift.
In clinic, I work with women through the cycles of life, from menarche through to menopause, and the many transitions in between, including conceiving, fertility, pregnancy, loss, and postpartum.
My work is shaped by both clinical experience and my own lived understanding of how deeply the body, cycles, and nervous system are connected. Having moved through my own experiences of menstrual pain, pregnancy, birth, and loss, I meet women with a depth of care that honours the whole person.
Modern life places real strain on these systems, and often what’s needed is both practical support and a way of working that allows the body to come back to it’s inherent harmony.
At Wild Fox Acupuncture, I support people with a range of health concerns, with a focus on grief, reproductive and hormonal health. This includes working with menstrual concerns such as pain or irregular cycles, fertility and conception, including after loss, pregnancy and postpartum care, as well as conditions like endometriosis and PCOS.
I also work more broadly with nervous system repair and care, stress, sleep, fatigue, immunity, digestion, and the ways these systems are interconnected.
